Beliefs & Values

What We Believe

The Scriptures >> We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are divinely inspired, verbally and completely inerrant in the original writings, and of supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and life.

The Triune God >> We believe in one sovereign God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom, unbounded in power, and measureless in love. God is the source of all creation, and through the immediate exercise of His power, all things came into being.

God the Father >> We believe that God the Father is the author of eternal salvation, having loved the world and given His Son for its redemption.

Jesus the Messiah >> We believe that Jesus the Messiah was eternally pre-existent and is co-equal with God the Father. He took on the nature of man through the virgin birth so that He possesses both divine and human natures. We believe in His sinless life, His perfect obedience to the Law, His atoning death, burial, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, high-priestly intercession, and His personal return in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit >> We believe that the Holy Spirit is co-equal and co-eternal with the Father and the Son. He was active in creation and continues to be so in providence. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and He regenerates, sanctifies, baptizes, indwells, seals, illumines, guides, and bestows His gifts upon all believers.

Mankind and Sin >> We believe that God created man in His image. Because of the disobedience of our first parents in the Garden of Eden, they lost their innocence; consequently, their descendants are separated from God. All human beings, with the exception of Jesus the Messiah, are sinners by nature and practice.

Salvation >> We believe that Jesus the Messiah died for our sins according to the Scriptures, offering Himself as our representative and substitutionary sacrifice. All who believe in Him are justified—not by any works of righteousness we have done, but solely by His perfect righteousness and atoning blood. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We affirm that Jesus is Lord: the Word made flesh, the Holy One of Israel, and the only Savior of the world. As the Redeemer and King of Israel, He is the Judge of the living and the dead, before whom every knee shall one day bow. When He cried out, 'It is finished,' He proclaimed that the work required for our eternal life was fully accomplished. Therefore, we add nothing to His finished work, trusting in Him alone. As the Apostle Paul taught: 'For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes' (Romans 10:4).”

Israel and the Church >> We believe the Church is a distinct, called-out assembly, sovereignly gathered from every nation. While the Church holds a unique purpose, we recognize that God’s covenant with ethnic Israel remains steadfast. They are His chosen people, heirs to an irrevocable promise made to the patriarchs, which includes the inheritance of the Land and the lineage of the Messiah. The Church, therefore, is the elect community of the New Covenant—a mystery revealed where Jew and Gentile are made one in Christ. As believers, we acknowledge Jesus as our Redeemer and stand as equals before the Father, grafted into the rich root of Israel’s spiritual blessings through faith.

The Gospel and the Remnant >> Scripture tells us that the gospel is "to the Jew first" and then to the nations. We believe God preserves a faithful remnant of Jewish people and eagerly await the day when all Israel will be saved.

The Second Coming and Eternal State >> We believe that Jesus the Messiah currently exercises authority at God’s right hand and will return personally to consummate the prophesied purposes of His kingdom. He will resurrect the dead—both the just and the unjust—judge all people, and reign as King from Jerusalem. His return will fulfill the Abrahamic and Davidic covenants, bringing blessing to all nations. Ultimately, Jesus will defeat all enemies and hand the kingdom to the Father, leading believers into the everlasting blessedness of a new heaven and earth while the lost face everlasting conscious punishment.
