Jewish Roots of Christianity

A Biblical Survey of Redemptive History from Genesis to Revelation

What could be more Jewish than the Gospel? The story of Jesus is, in every sense, a Jewish debate among Jewish people about the true identity of a Jewish man in the Holy Land of Israel. Yet, for many, the Old and New Testaments feel like two separate books.

In Jewish Roots of Christianity, Missionary-on-Call Larry Stamm—the son of a Holocaust survivor and a Jewish follower of Jesus—unpacks the wonder and awe of the Gospel by connecting the dots. This isn’t just a history book; it is a journey through the breathtaking, seamless story of redemption.

The Substance: Deepening the Root

In our ministry’s Symmetry model, we believe that Jewish Roots are the Depth (The Root). Most Christians feel hesitant to share their faith because they fear they lack the “substance” to witness with confidence and clarity. By teaching the Jewish foundations, Larry provides a High Definition view of the Gospel’s rich, historical reality.

• The Whole Counsel of God: Discover how the Old Testament is the New Testament concealed, and the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed.
• Beyond the Surface: Examine how the Feasts of Israel point directly to the person and work of Messiah Jesus.
• The Messianic Hope: See page after page of fulfillment as Larry examines the Biblical Judaism found exclusively in the Old Testament and its ultimate completion in the New Covenant (aka New Testament).

Equipping the Body with Biblical Clarity:

• Eliminate Fragmentation: Stop seeing the Bible as disconnected stories and start seeing the intentionality of God’s covenants.
• Fuel Your Witness: When you understand that Jesus didn’t just appear out of nowhere—but was the long-awaited fulfillment of God’s promises—your testimony gains an unshakable authority.
• Objective Evidence: Experience the “High Definition” clarity that comes from connecting the treasures of both Testaments.

A Note on Versatility: While this volume serves as the “Substance” cornerstone of our Foundation Bundle, it is designed as a comprehensive, stand-alone curriculum. It provides everything an individual or small group needs to anchor their faith in the whole story of Scripture.

Pastors & Leaders: The Foundation of Discipleship

“A tree cannot have fruit without roots. This biblical survey provides the ‘Substance’ that can help your congregation move from a black-and-white faith into living color. It is an essential curriculum for any church that wants to anchor its members in the whole story of Scripture.”
